Jenny Beard

I understand what if feels like to feel overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, alone and be your own worst critic. My own story led me to counseling and my healing experience in counseling developed my passion to work in this field. The most gratifying part of my work is walking along side my clients in their healing processes and watching them become empowered. I believe that everyone has healing resources within and through safe connection, healing can take place.

I am a Nashville native. I am married and have one son. In my free time, you can catch me on a greenway or walking the hills of the Warner Parks. I also love spending time with family and friends, watching Kentucky basketball, relaxing on the water, and reading good books.

I hold a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy (MMFT) form Trevecca Nazarene University. I am currently pursuing licensure (license number 1688) under the supervision of Andrew Smith (license number 1115).
